THIS INDEN'l'ORE, Made this 28th day of June, A. D. 1940, between EUlITCE L. JACOBS, a
single woman of the County of Saint Luoie and Sta to of norida, p6l'ty ot the tirst part, and
CHARLES T. JACOBS ot the County of Union and State of New Jersey, party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, That the said party of the first part, for and in consideration of the suo
of One ($l.OO) uollar and other valuable considerations in hand paid by the said party of the
second part, the receip~ whereof 1s hereby acknowledged, has remised, released and quit-claimed
and by these presents does remise, release and quit-claim unto the said party of the second
part, arohis heirs and assigns forever, all the right, title, interest, claim and demand which
the said party of the first part has in and to the following described lot. piece or parcel
of land, situate, lying and being in the County of Saint Luoie, State ot Ylorida, to-wit:
Commencing on the shore line of the Indian River at the intersection ot the So~th line
of Government Lot 1, bection 1, TOwnship )6 South, Range 40 Bast, thence run west along
said lot line to its west line, thence north on the west line of said lot 264.11 feet,
thence east to the shore of the Indian Hive~, thence southerly on seid shore to place
of beginning, including riparian rights.
Axcepting therefrom the right of way of the Florida l::ast Coast Railway and all rights
of way for public roads.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same together with all and singular the appurtenances thereunto
belonging or in anywise appertaining. and all the e~tate, right, title, interest and claim
whatsoever of the said party of the tirst part, either in law or equity, to the only proper
use, behetit and behoof ot the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns toreve~.
