of King and State of washington, parties of the first part, and J. A. MATHER, of the County
of St. Lucie and State ot Florida, party of the seconrl part,

sum of TEN DOLLARS AND OTHER VALUABLE CorrsIDERATION Dollars, lawful mone}" of the United States
