THIS INDENTURE, Made the 16th day of September in the year or our Lord one thousand
nine hundred and Forty, between C. A. Killer, all Adminhtrator of the Estate or Mary A.Chappell,
deceased, ot the County of St. Luoie and State ot Florida, party of the first part, and Virginia
M. Letts, of the Ulty of Fort Pieroe, County ot St. Lucie and State or Florida, party of the
second part,
WITNESSETH, That the said party of the first part, tor and in consideration of the
sum ot One Dollar & other valuable consid~ratlons lawful money of the United States of America,
to him ir. hand paid by the said party of the second part, at or before the ensealing and delivery
of~ese presents, the receipt ,whereof is hereby acknowledged, has remised, released and quit-

page 52, public records of St. Lucie County, Ylorida.
TOGETHER with all and sir~ular the tenements, hereditaffients and appurtenances there-
unto belonging or in anywise apportaining, and the reversion and reversions, re~indcr and
