SPECIAL WASTER IN CHAHCINY, of the fir.t part, and UARY S. BITUXR, a single woman of Palm
Beaoh County, state of ~lorlda, of the seoond part:
WHEREAS, the Clrouit Co~rt of the ~lst Judioial Clro~it of the state of ~lorlda,
in and for the County of St. L~oie, in Chanoery, on the 2nd da1 df April, 19~7, among other

sald Court of Chanoery, in consideration of the premises, sod of the said sum of One Thousand
($1,000.00) dollor8. paid at the time of the execution hereof, by the said party of the seoond
part to the said 3peoial Uaster, the reoeipt whereof he does hereby aOknowledge, bas granted,
bargained, and sold, aliened, released, oonveyed and oonfirmed, and by these preDents does
grant, bargain and sell, alien, relesse, conyey snd oonfirm unto the said party of the seoond
part, and to her heirs and assigns forever, the oertain paroel of land in the County of St.
Luoie, State of llorida. desoribed 08 follows:
The Horth Half (nt) of Seotion Eight (8), and the Southwest Quorter
(Swt) of the llorthwest Quartet' (111ft) of Seotion Il1ne (9). all of said
land being iu ~ownship 37 South of nange 41 East.
together with all Sud singUlar the rights, members, privileges, hereditaments and oppurtenanoes
to the same belonging or in anywise appertaining.
