first part. end M. E. Jones and Cora L. Jones. his w1fe of the county ot st. Luoie and stete

WITNESSETH. That the said party ot the tirst part. for and in aonsideration of the
sum ot Ten Dollars and other good and valuable oonsideration to it in hand paid. the reaeipt
whereof i& hereby aoknowledged. has granted. bargained. sold. aliened. remised, released,

privilege. right. title. interest and estate. reversion. remainder and easement thereto be-

And the said party of the first pert doth ooyenunt with the said parties of the

party of the seoond part who by their aooeptanoe of this instrument agrees to abide by and
perform 8aid restriotions. limitation8 and oonditions as one of the express oonsiderations
ot these presents.
1. HO residenoe shall be ereoted or oonstruoted on s8id property faol~~ on Oleander
Avenue or Pourth street. of a less 008t than $~.OOO.OO. and on all other stre~ts ~r avenues
