This oontraot tor Deed entered into this the 28th day ot Ootober, A. D. 1926. by and
between John Davis. psrty at the first part. and ~r. and Urs. ~. A. Cl~8tt parties of the
seoond part.
Witnesseth that the party ot the tirst part oontraots to deliver by a good and
suffioient warranty Deed tor a valuable oonsideration the following desoribed property: to-wit:
Lot 6, Blook 2. Clyde Killer's addition being the Et of the Bt of the BWt of the
uBi of aeotion 9. township 36 south. Range 40 east aooording to Plat Book 4.
page 73, St. Luoie County Reoords.
on the tollowing terms; ~he parohase prioe being $4000.00. ~lOO.OO of whioh has been paid
~pon the signing of this oontraot. The reoeipt thereof is hereby aoknowledged.
The party ot the first port has this day delivered to the party ot the seoond part.
an' Abstraot oovering the obove desaribed property to date Bnd it is agreed by and between
the party of the first -part and the parties ot the seoond part that the parties ot the seoond
part shall have thirty days in whioh to examine the obove named abstract and if the title i8
found to be 1n John Davia party of the first part. The parties of the seoond port agree to
pay the further 8~ of $2900.00 snd to assume the two outatanding mortgages. one in the amount
of t300.00 aDd one in the amount of $6'0.00 making a total of $940.00.
It is furthered agreed by the parties hereto that the parties of the second part

this oontraot and in the CTent that the title to the above desoribed land shall be merohantable

oontraot uhall be uull and yoid and the $100.00 paid upon the signing ot this oontraot shall be
forfelted to the part1 ot the first part.
