said City of :Port Pieroe, in Haid COWlty, for thirty dayo next preoeding oaid day of oale;

made and proyided. and in oonsideration of the sum of money so bid as aforesaid. and in hand
paid to the Baid party of the firet part by the 88id party of the oecond part, at and before
the sealing and delivery of these preoents, the reoeipt whereof io hereby aoknowledged, hath
granted. bargained, Bold aDd oonveyed, and by theoe preaento doth graut. bargaiD. sell and
oonvey anto the said J. 11. Haymaker the ssid party of the oeoond part. all the estate, right.
