The lntention of thia deed is to make the westerly limit of the right of
way of the ~lorida East Coast Rsilway aoross that tract of lend deacribed in oald
Deed Book "R", page 142. uniformly fifty (60) feet from the oenter line of oeid
original main traok, and only oonveys an additional width of tweuty-five (26) feet
where a total width of ~lfty (60) feet on Baid .eoterly side was not previously
oonveyed by oaid deed reoorded in Deed Book .V", page 671.
The land hereby oonveYEd being a otrip twentl-five (2~1 feet wide on the
weoterly oide of and adjoining the preoent westerly right O~ way limit of oeid
i'lorlda East CosBt Rellway aoross the 80utherly port of that tract of land oonveyed
by 1. O. Wlll1aD:a, et a1. to George !I. Beeching by deed dated JWle 22nd, 1927,
and reoorded in Deed Book 76. page 396, one of tbe ~blio Reoords of st. L~cie
County. i'lorida.
