partioularly desoribed, haviug first given previouB notioe of the time and plaoe of sole, with
a desoription of the said premises, agreeable to the order aforesaid; at which sale the Baid
mortgaged premises, hereinafter partioularly desoribed, were sold to the said party of the

of the seoolld part. and to her heirs ond assigns forever, the oertain paroel of lond in the
County of st. Lucie, state of 110rida, desoribed os follows:
