10. That if the sald seoond party its 8~ooesaors, personal representatives or
assigns, or any holder or holders of the property hereby oonveyed by virtue of any Judioial
prooeedings, shall tail to oomply with any of the above and toregoing restriotions, oonditions
or limitatione within aixty days after written notioe to the said aeoond pArty its s~oceS80r8
