County, 'lorida. the first party did levy upon, as the property of the defendant. D. Booker,
the land hereinafter deeoribed, and after notioe publi8hed in the Port Pieroe llews-Tribune, a
newspaper p~blished in said oounty, aB required by law. did on the 2nd day of January, 1928
before the oourt hOUS6 door in 'ort Bieroe, Plorida, offer t!.e said property for sale, at
publio outory, pursuant to the statute in suoh oases provided, and a8 advertised, and at the
Bsid sale, the seoond parties beoame the purohasers thereof for the swn of one hundred dollars,
that being the highest and beat sum then and there bid theretor, and the said seoond parties
being th~ bidders thereof, THXREPORE, in ooneideration of the premises, as well as the Baid
swn of one hundr'ld dollsrs, so bid by the seoond parties, aud in hond to the first party l>aid
by the Baid seoond parties, before exeolltion hereof. the reoeipt of whioh hereby is ao~nowl-
~dged, the said first psrty haB granted, 901d, and oonveyed to the 8eoond parti~8. their heirs
and assigns forever, ....at oertain lond. situate in said oounty of saint Luoie, St.tite of Florida,
