the seoond part, Witnesseth:
That the parties of the first part have this day leased to the party of the eeoond
part, a oertain ~oo. of the present width and aepth in the Almond Building at nwmber 120 North
seoond Street, in ,t. Pieroe, 'lorida, under or upon the following terms whioh are hereby
agreed to by both parties interested her.in:
The party of the seoond part hereby oovenanta and agreea to pay to the parties of
the first part, their s~oo.ssors and assigns, on or before the tenth day of eaoh month,
