1) Electrical service revised to show single meter.
2) Wind Load information on Sheet "G-1" revised to indicate V ult = 170 mph,
exposure "D" as indicated on submitted "Certification for Design Load
Compliance."
3) Occupancy classification revised to "non-commercial garage" as accessory
use to R-1, private, single-family residence per Section 8.00.03 SLC Land
Development Regulations, Zone "RS-4."
4,) Guardrail added to Section "C/G-4."
51) No ceiling finish is to be installed, so that the entire "attic" is open to areas
below.
