Alker Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida Permit No.: 11080291 Slab & Footings Density tests and Hand Cone Penetrometer (HCP) readings were made below footing and pad grade to a depth of four feet at a minimum of three locations. At the time of our testing no information was available regarding the foundation setbacks. The density tests were performed in general compliance with ASTM D 6938. The HCP test, in conjunction with information about the soil type, is empirically correlated to the re lative density of subsurface soils.
