As follows is response to plan review comments:
1)1 The energy performance criteria for windows is as follows: SH5500 has a OF of 0.3300
and SHGC of 0.2200, the AW5540 has a OF of 0.3200 and SHGC of 0.1800. lam
attaching the order from Manning Building supplies that references these numbers. I
could not obtain the actual NFRC certificate. I was told by Manning Building that when
the windows are delivered they will have stickers attached to the windows and doors with
these values.
The Therma-tru doors have a U factor of .32 and a SHGC of .29, these numbers will
again be attached to the doors for job -site inspection, or can be verified at the Therma-tru
web site.
2){ Flame spread and smoked developed index for the insulation has been put on the plans.
3)� Weathering area is indicated on plans as "negligible" per 301.2(3)
4)1 Termite infestation area is indicated on plans as "very heavy" per 301.2(6) ,
5)1 Plans now indicate that wall and ceiling finishes shall have a flame -spread classification
Iof not greater than 200. Wall and ceiling finishes shall have a smoke -developed index_ of
not greater than 450. All wall and ceiling finishes are gypsum board.
6) Plans now indicate that flame spread for Icynene insulation is 25 or less, smoke
developed index of 450 or less. The fiberglass batt insulation has a flame spread of 25
and smoke developed index of 50.
7), The window installation detail on sheet 1 has been revised to indicate fin -frame windows
with integral flashing.
8), Bath #2 door has been revised to 2'-8"

9) The elevations show piers and open space between the piers. This open space has been
labeled on the plans.
10) The area under the house is open. (see 7)
11) ICC report on foam insulation, is attached.
12) Roof sheathing and nailing is specified on Sheet 5
13) Two copies of Hardie Board product approval are attached.
14) Wall sheathing and nailing are indicated on sheet 1.
15) Sheet 3 has been revised to indicate 3000 PSI compressive strength on all concrete.
16 Sheet 1 shows floor sheathing as3/4" T&G plywood. 10d nails 6" on center has been
noted on detail.
17) Hand written notes have been removed from plans.
