Pursuant to your request, I have reviewed the documentation provided with regard to
th'e above -referenced Administrative Variance. Based upon the determination that the
reucorded easements provide access to a public road, it appears that the access requirements
for a non -conforming lot of record as set forth in Section 10.00.04.A.1 of the Land
Development Code have been met.
