We have submitted a application for a Modular Home at 10701 S. Ocean Drive #651 Jensen Beach, Fl
34957 (Venture Out) #1810-0506. We have also submitted a separate application for an Storage Shed
#1810-0507 whereas the Zoning/Building Dept. is requesting a wavier for the code 18" above crown of
street.
The area, at edge of road is 3.6' to IT the propose shed floor is to be 4.5" as a concrete slab is being
poured for the Modular Home.
I know the 18" applies to a garage but have never heard of a storage shed, this would mean you would
have to have 2 treads stairs to even reach you shed ?
I am requesting on behalf of the Homeowner to grant a wavier for a Storage Shed.'
