Acoustical Ceiling • Ceiling throughout entire offices, conference area and kitchen will be 2x4 - 10 ft high. Ceiling tiles will be 2x4 revealing tiles. Electrical • Install one (1) 200 AMP electrical panel. • Install one (1)125 AMP electrical panel. • Install fourteen (14) electrical back up combo lights. • Install ceiling capacity censor as shown on plan. • Install new power pack for switches and lights as shown on plan. • Install four (4) new LED battery backup exit signs. • Install forty two (42) LED 2x4 lay in ceiling lights. • Install outlets and switches as shown on plan. • Run wire from electrical panel to supply AC chilling system in ceiling for Chilling system 1 and 2 Mechanical • Supply and install (10) Air Return. • Supply and install (25) Air Supply. • Supply and install 200' Hard Trunk Line R6 Fiberglass Duck work. • Supply and install (2) Smoke Detector. • Supply and install (2) Carrier (7.5 ton) RTU with motorized damper and heater. • Supply and install (2) Programmable Thermostat. • Supply and install (2) Safety Switch. • Supply and install (2) Bathroom Exhaust Fan and Vent. 2 Curb Support (Welding Service). • Anchor (2) curb. • Hook up (2) Condensate Drain Line within 3-4 feet • Crane Service. f • Certified Test and balance Service. Plumbing • Run 1" supply from existing supply to feed two (2) bathrooms, break room, (1) mop sink and drinking fountain. • Install new shut off valve. • Install new back flow. • Cut existing slab. • Install new 3" PVC pipes for toilet and lavatory drainage and sink. • Install new.lab for ADA bathroom. Install new toilet in ADA bathroom. • Install new single sink in break room. • Install new 30 gallon water heater above ceiling in restroom area. • Install new drain pan. • Install new release valve drain. B: If there are any additional changes from plan will be considered as a Change Order. Material and Labor Cost = $168,875.93 here by propose to furnish labor and materials complete in accordance with the above ,ifications. for the sum of: AYMENT SCHEDULE: AL $168,875.93 (ONE HUNDRED AND SIXTY EIGHT THOUSAND, EIGHT HUNDRED AND ENTY FIVE DOLLARS AND NINETY THREE CENTS). Construction time through - substantial completion: )proximately 6 weeks, not including delays and adjustments for delays caused by: holidays; inclement ;ather; accidents; additional time required for change order and additional work; delays caused by uner, owner's design professionals, agents, and separate contractors; and other delays unavoidable beyond the control of the contractor. I CONCEALED CONDITIONS: This Agreement is based solely on the observations Contractor was able was able to make with the project in its condition at the time the work of this Agreement was bid. If additional concealed conditions are discovered once work has commenced or after this Agreement is executed which are not visible at the time this Agreement was bid, contractor will point out these concealed conditions to owner, and these concealed conditions will be treated as additional work under t 'is Agreement. Contractor and Owner may execute a change order for this additional work. Contractor is, released, held harmless, and indemnified by owner from all pre-existing mold,, fungus, mildew, and organic patho en problems and is not responsible for costs or damages associated with correcting, containing, testing, or remediating the same. i i ACCEPTANCE OF PROPOSAL The above prices, specifications and conditions are hereby accepted, you are authorized to do the work as specified.
