lOW. THIS lNDEUTJR! WITNESSETH. That, whereas the parties of the first part are the
ownerd of oertain oitr~s fruit grove or groyes, situpted 1n the County of st. Luo1e and state
of Plorlda. more partioularly desoribed as follo~s:

AlID. WHEREAS. The parties of the first part ara desirou8 of entering iuto an agreement.
with the party of the 8800nd port whereby the soid oitrus grove Qr groves loooted upon the
above desoribed property shall be properly fertilized. oultiveted, pruned. sprayed. d~8ted.
and the ditoheB thereon ltept open aud olean. and the oitrus fruit grown thereon shall be
properly pioked and marketed to the best advantage.
NOW, in oonsideratioo of the sum ot Oue Dollar and other good aud valuable oonsidera-
tions paid to the party of the first part by the party of the second port. the reoeipt where-
of i8 hereby aOknowledged, and in oonsideration of the ooven8uta and agreements herein set forth
to be kept and. performed by the respeotive parties he~eto. the said portiea have cutually
agreed a8 follows:
FIRST: The party of the seoond part i8 to properly oultivate aud fertilize the oitrus
grove or groves ~pon the above desoribed property. to spray. dust. prune ond fertilize the
oitru8 fruit trees thereon, to keep the ditohes open aud properly oare for the aforesaid
oitr~8 fruit grove or groves.

SECOUD: 'he parties of the first port are to pay to the party of the second part for
all moneY8 expended upon the said oitrus grove plllS ten per oent of the amo~uts so paid out
for the oare and o..lltlvation. the fertilizing. praning aud spraying of the soid grovb.
THIRD: The parties of the tirst part do hereby grant and give to the party of the
seoond part a lien ~pon the property hereinbefore desoribed for all moneys so expended 88
above set'fol'th. plus ten per oent of suoh amounts expeuded for the oare of the said groye
or groYe8 looated upon the above desoribed property. "hioh lien sholl be iu filII foroe and.
effeot until the amounts so expended by the party of the seoon' part. plus ten per oent. as
.aforesBid. have been fully paid and satisfied.
FOURTH: 7he party of the seoond part also agrees to rc-plan~ ell trees that are now
dead on the above dellOribed property. sometime durillg the next twelve month8 from the date
