Underlayment: (2)-plies of 30# felt fastened to deck with 1'/4" RS. nails tin caps
6" o/c at laps 8c in (2) rows 12" o/c staggered in the middle of the sheet.
Shin e: Owens Coming Duration Asphalt Roof Shingle fastened to wood deck
with (6)1%" RS. nails.
Dri e: galy. sheet 3x3, 26 Ga., fastened to deck with 1'/4" R.S. nails @ 4" o%
Tie -In: Vertical metal 1" rise from ridge to cave.
Inspected above items as per permit documents and shingle manufacturer's NOA
