The 1st Resubmittal Major Adjustment to Major Site Plan Application for Southern Truss
ሺFile No. SPMj-5202126036ሻ, date-stamped received November 2, 2021, is available for
review on the FTP site: ftp://ftp.stlucieco.org.
The applicant is proposing the addition of a 33,600 sf manufacturing building to an
existing manufacturing site along with site improvements. There is an existing 63,780 sf
manufacturing building, a 5,000 sf office area and a 1,280 covered storage area onsite.
