NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises above set forth, including the development approvals requiring this Declaration, Declarants hereby agree and declare to restrict its Property in the following manner: 1. All of the Exhibit "A" property and the Composite Exhibit "B" property shall hereafter be considered by WHEELS and WHEELS II as one plot or parcel of land such that no portion of either thereof shall be sold, transferred, devised, or assigned separately and distinct from the entire parcel of property as described by survey of EDC, Job No. 20-381, last certified July 23, 2021, as more fully set forth on Composite Exhibit "C" hereto. Declarants further agree and declare that this unity of title condition, restriction and limitation shall be deemed a covenant running with the Wheels Property and Wheels II Property at law, and in equity, and the same shall remain in full force and effect and be binding upon the Declarants, and their successors and assigns, until such time as the same may be released by recordable instrument given by St. Lucie County or other governmental entity requiring the same. 3.
