other valuable considerations, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants, bargains,
sells, aliens, remises, releases, conveys and confirms unto the Grantee forever, all that certain land,
situate, lying and being in the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, to -wit:

INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REFERENCE.
Subject to restrictions, reservations, limitations and easements of record, if any;

Grantors herein covenant that the above described land is undeveloped
commercial real property and is not now nor has it ever been the homestead of
either Grantor.
Grantors are the sole members of Grantee, and conveyance of the herein
described, unencumbered real property is made for nominal consideration as
a bookkeeping transaction only, and does not constitute a sale as contemplated
by F.S. §201.02(1).
The scrivener has neither examined nor insured title to the above real property.
TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging
or in anywise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same in fee simple forever.
