(15) THIS AGREE!~ and allot the oovenants, obligations and oonditions hereof, shall inure
to the benefit ot and be binding upon the sucoessors and assigns ot Lessor and the suooessors
and assigns of Lessee; it being understood that Lessee is hereby authorized to assign this
leas8 or sublet said premises, or _any part thereat, it being understood, however, that in the
event Lessee should 8ublease said premises it shall not be relieved ot any of the ob~igations
herein imposed upon it but shall remain fully bo~d to Lessor as herein provided, and such
equipment and applianoes as shall be installed and looated upon ~aid premises at t~e time of
