In response to comment(s) for the above stated project (dated November 16, 2018), the following
changes have been affected to the re -submitted (comments in italics; responses in bold).
PLEASE PROVIDE INSULATION VALUES PER THE (FBC ENERGY CONSERVATION). Insulation has been
illustrated in the appropriate section details; refer to sheet A-2.
HOME SHALL BE EQUIPPED WITH SMOKE ALARMS LOCATED AS REQUIRED FOR NEW DWELLINGS.
(R314.2.2). Project Note #9 (sheet A-1) has been updated for further clarification.
PLEASE PROVIDE DETAILS FOR SHOP FABRICATED TRUSS HANGER. ([A] 107.2.1). Hanger detail has been
added to sheet A-2.
TRUSS DRAWINGS ARE NOT SIGNED AND SEALED. ([A] 107.3.4.1). Signed & Sealed truss drawings and
engineering have been included with this submittal.
DESIGN PROFESSIONAL TO REVIEW & APPROVE SHOP DRAWINGS. ((A] 107.3.4.1) Truss layouts have
been reviewed for consistency with the architectural design; "APPROVED" signed truss layout sheet
included with this submittal.
PROVIDE FASCIA, SOFFIT DETAIL. ([A] 107.2.1). Fascia and soffit detail has been added to sheet A-2.
,PROVIDE DETAILS FOR NEW ROOF TO EXISTING ROOF CONNECTIONS. ([A] 107.2.1). Existing roof
connections to the proposed roof system shall be superficial (NON-STRUCTURAL), and shall have to be
