of a Deoree of the Cirouit Court ot Saint Luoie County, Florida, issue! on the 17th day ot
November, 19?7 and reoorded In Chanoery Order Book Ho. 6, page 636, naming and appointing
the said Eugene U. Gaillard. Trustee as aforesaid party of the first part, and Ernest L.
Bihl of 7145 South Park Avenue. Chioago, Illinois, party of the seoond part.
