Trustee under the provisions of oertain trust deeds duly reoo~ded as well as under a Supplemental
Tru9t Agreement dated the 18th day of February, 1928, ae well as under and by authority of a
Deoree of the Cirouit Court o"f Saint wore County, Florida, issued on the 17th day of november,
1927 and reoorded in Chanoery Order Book No.6, page 536, naaing and appointing the said
Eugene M. Gaillard, Trustee as aforesaid party of the first part, and aeorge R. Carr of 310
South Miohigan Avenue, Chioago, Illinois, party of the seoond part.
JITRESSETH: That the said party of the first part~ for and in oonsideration of the sum
of Ten & 00/100 ($10.00) Dol~ars, and other good and valuable oonsiderations in hand paid,
does hereby grant, bargain, sell and oonvey unto the said party of the seoond part, the tollow-
