sale; with a desoription ot the suid premises, agreeable to the order aforesaid; at whiah

sale the said mortgaged premises, hereinatter partioularly desoribed, were sold to the said
party of the seoond part for the sum.ot Six ?housand Two Hundred Twenty and 15/100 ($6,220.15)
dollars, that being the highest sum. bidden for the same.

said Oourt of Chanoery, in oonsideration of the premises, and ot the said.sum of $6,220.15
paid at the time of the exeoution hereot, by the said party of the seoond part to the said
Speoial URster. the reoeipt whereof he does hereby aoknowledge, has granted, bargained aud
sold, aliene4, released, oonveyed and oonfirmed, and by these presents does grant, bargain
and sell, alien, release, oonvey and oonfirm unto the said party of the second part, and to
his heirs and assigns forever, the oertain paroel of land in the County ot Saint Luoie,
state or Florida, desoribed 8S follows:
Lots One and Two or Riverside Subdivision, aooording to Plat reoorded in Plat
Book 4, page 50, reoords of Saint Luoie County, Florida, said land lying and
being in Lot One, Seotion One, Township Thirty-six South of Range Forty East,
Saint Luoie County, Florida; to~ether with riparian rights and all submerged

together with all and singular the rights, members, privileges, hereditaments and appurten-
anoes to the same belonging or in anywise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD all and singular the said premises, above mentioned and desoribed,
and hereby granted and oonveyed, or intended so to be, wit~ the appurtenanoes, unto the said
party ot the seoond part, his heirs and assigns, to the only proper use, benefit and behoot
or the said party ot the seoond part, his heirs and assigns torever.
