That the party ot the first part, its suooessors or assigns, shall have the right, from
time to time, to release any ot the above or toregoing restriotions, oonditione, or limitations
by sealed instrument duly exeouted in aooordanoe with the lawe or the State ot Florida for the
oonveyanoe or real estate.
