That said affiant purohased from Geeper S. Tuoker by deed dated July 29, 1918, reoord-
ed on pagQ 202 of De~d Book 34, reoords of St. Luoie County, Florida, the following desoribed

Commenoe at a point on the right of way of the Florida East Coast Railway 116 feet
South of Seotion line dividing Seotions 10 ani 15, Township 35 South, Range 40
Bast. run thenoe East 100 feet to point of beginning, from Baid point of beginning

run East to shore of Indian River; thenoe Southeasterly, along shore of Indian
River. to 8 point due East of point 215 feet due South of above desoribed Section
line; run thence West to a point 100 feet East of right o-t way or Florida East
Ooast Railway; thenoe Northwesterly parallel with said right of way to point or
beginning.
This deed Is intended to oonvey a strip or land i~ Lot Gne (I), Seotion 15,
Township 35 South, Range 40 East, lying between a line 100 feet Easterly of the
Florida East Coast Railway right of way and parallel thereto, and the Indian
River, and being 100 feet Horth Rnd South, the North line of whioh is 115 feet
South of Seotion line dividing Seotions 10 and 15 of Township 35 South, Range
40 East.

Together with riparian rights and submerged land appurtenant to SAid property
(exoept right of way of publio highway on and aoross said property.
That this affiant wen~ into aotual possession of said land in the year 1921, by build-
ing and oompleting a substantial dwelling house and detaohed garage thereon, both of hollow
tile oonstruotion, in whioh house this affiant with hi~ family oontinuous1y resided from the
year 1921 to duribg the yeAr 1925, when he sold said property to Seourity Realty Corporstion,
whioh last named owner in the year 1926. deeded said property to T. F. KoblegArd And T. A.
Whelan, and said last mentioned owners dee~ed said property to this affiant by deed dated
Maroh 7, ~928, reoorded on page 24 of Deed Book 79, reoords of St. Luoie County, Florida,
and ever sinoe then up to date of this affidavit, this affiant has been in oontinued owner-

trom April, 1921, to the date of this affidavit.
