dated July 8. 1927. and filed JU~y 8. 1927 tqr the sum of $206.40 and $9.78 as oosts held
by Jenkins-Spi.,ey Furni~ure Oomp~ny agaInst J., O. Walker is not against the J. C. ~alker

doing business as Walker Chevrct Company and whose name is Joseph C. ~a1ker but is against
the J. C. Walker who was attorney at law and praotioing the profession in Fort Pieroe,
Florida, during the year 1926 and 1927.
Deponent further says tha t the J. o. \1a1ker who is the owner of Lot 4B of Blook 3 of
Lawnwood Addition to Fort Pieroe is not the J. C. Walker that is indebted to Jenkins-Spivey
Furniture under said above mentioned Judg&ant.
