PIERCE, FL 'ermit #: 1512-0186 this may concern: SCN,ED St LucBy ie Coun tY Based on the 2014 Florida Building Code, Chapter 5, Table 503 and allowable building area increases from Sections 506.1 through 506.3, the maximum allowable area for a Factory, F-1, building type VB, sprinklered, is 8,500 sf building and can be increase by an additional 300% for having approved fire sprinklers and another (8,500 sf x 0.75) for having all exterior walls 30'-0" or more from all property lines or frontages. This combined total allows a maximum building floor area of. 8,500 + (3 x 8,500) + (8,500 sf x 0.75) = 40,375 s£ The existing building noted above has a building gross floor area of 25,000 sf and is therefore acceptable to this office.
