Luoie Oounty, Florida, party of the seoond part, WIT~SSETH, that the said party of the first
part, for and in oonsideration of the sum of One Hundred Sixty-six and 22/100($166.22)
Dollars, to it in hand paid, tIle reoeipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bar-
