Affiant further says that he was aoquainted with Mary M. Sutton, also named in the
same deed as one ot the grantees; ~hat the said l!ary M. Sutton 18 dead end has been 'for
several yearl; that one Allard A. Sntton is the sole and only surviving heir ot the sRid
Mary u. Sut~on; that the said l~ry U. Sutton died intestate and owted no debtsJ that it was
