Review of Traffic Impact Study Methodology
Kimley-Horn has reviewed the Traffic Impact Study Methodology (dated January 18, 2021) prepared by
Traffic & Mobility Consultants, LLC related to the above-mentioned project. Please find our review comment
below pertaining to the development’s impacts and study needs for adjacent transportation facilities.
1.Please include all roadway segments within a 2-mile radius of the proposed development as part of
the study area for the forthcoming traffic study per St. Lucie County Land Development Code
Chapter 11.02.09.
