Good morning,
This correspondence will satisfy comment # 1 of the DRC report from 12.17.20. I will add the correspondence to the
project file. Additionally, in reference to comment (2), letter (f) - ERD would consider the striped spaces under the canopy
storage as ‘parking spaces’, but relief may be provided per 7.09.04.O as long as the otherwise landscaped areas were to
be compensated for elsewhere on site, along with the associated shade trees.

I have attached an email from SFWMD in regards to the above referenced project. SFWMD performed a wetland
determination on the property and determined there are no wetlands on site. Please let us know if this
correspondence with them is enough to take care of Comment #1 from the Environmental Resources Department on the
DRC report from 12.17.20.
