Good afternoon. I wanted to follow up and ask when we can expect to receive the pre-application meeting determination letter. Also, we finally received the road
plans from St Lucie County and we prepared an exhibit showing the Turnpike Feeder Rd improvements and confirmed our survey shows the current road
conditions and there is no impact to our site plan.

I have requested the FDOT construction plans from both FDOT and St Lucie County and we have not received them. However, I have attached our site plan and
our survey for this discussion. The survey boundary was created based on a title commitment. Please see note #2 on the survey. The site plan was prepared based
on the survey boundary and thereby the title commitment.

The google earth pin didn’t exactly show the area in question.
The only thing I see in GIS is this little piece that highlights the northeast curve
at the intersection which connects the points on our r/w map. Is that what you are referring to?
But as far as ownership of Miramar Ave., that is under County jurisdiction.

Miramar Avenue is a County road, however the GIS layer shows FDOT right-of-way on a portion of the road. We though that it might be a construction easement
or some other type of easement. We just needed to verify what type of right-of-way this is and if the applicant will need an FDOT Permit to do work in that area.

Good afternoon. We have a project at the southeast corner of the intersection with Turnpike Feeder Rd (SR 713) and Miramar Ave and FDOT's maps showed
that a portion of Miramar Ave may be FDOT right of way. I have attached a copy of our survey for your reference. Our project is "Parcel A". The county says this
is their road, but we need to confirm with you as Delila mentioned.
