THIS ANALYSIS ASSESSES THE POTENTIAL TRAFFIC GENERATION OF THE PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT,IN ACCORDANCE WITH FDOT STANDARDS. BASED ON THE PROPOSED USE, MINI WAREHOUSE (ITECODE 81151) AND GENERATION FIGURES SUPPLIED BY THE TRANSPORTATION ENGINEER’S TRIPGENERATION REPORT, 9TH EDITION, THE PROPOSED PROJECT IS EXPECTED TO GENERATE 198 DAILYTRIPS AND 35 PEAK HOUR TRIPS AFTER PASS-BY TRIPS ARE TAKEN INTO ACCOUNT.
TRIP GENERATION RATES FOR THE PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT WERE OBTAINED FROM THE INSTITUTEOF TRANSPORTATION ENGINEERS (ITE) TRIP GENERATION REPORT, 9TH EDITION. THE PASS-BY RATESWERE OBTAINED FROM THE ITE TRIP GENERATION HANDBOOK, 2ND EDITION.
