Pierce Trees Ecosystems DeterminationsProtected SpeciesNative Plant Landscape DesignTree Appraisals C January 15, 2021 Wylie Klyce Rapid Building Solutions, LLC 350 E Crown Point Road Suite 1080 Winter Garden, FL 34787 Subj: Tree survey, Ft. Pierce Dear Mr. Klyce, I completed the tree survey on January 15, 2021 on the parcel at the corner of Miamar Ave. and County Road 713. Overall, I flagged 39 trees, which were mostly on the perimeter of the site, see Figure 1 and Table 1 for the species names and diameters of each tree. There are several trees I flagged that may be outside the eastern property boundary; I wasn’t sure exactly where the property line occurred. Since you will be removing all the trees, we can provide you with an appropriate resolution for locating the trees with our gps equipment, which might be cheaper than what a survey company will charge you for locating the trees. Since there are fewer trees than I anticipated, my cost to you to pick up all 39 trees and provide you with a cad ready file (dwg) is $3,000. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions. Respectfully submitted.
