HomeMy WebLinkAbout7_6 BOCC Hearing - Conditional Use & Site Plan1 Janice TimpsonPaultre From:Kori Benton Sent:Friday, June 25, 2021 10:58 AM To:Jeremy Anderson Cc:Bethany Grubbs Subject:7/6 BOCC Hearing - Conditional Use & Site Plan Good morning Jeremy,  I hope you’re closing out a wonderful week. We’re looking forward to presenting the Kings Highway Self‐Storage  project to the Board at their 7/6 hearing, after a lot of review and preparation by both teams.  As we round the final corner, our staff wanted to present a request related to the proposed monument sign height. The  sign design is compatible with our Arch Standards, however the scale is a bit tall – factoring in the size of the storage  facility which will feature wall signs.  Is there the potential to reduce the proposed height to 15‐16’, while retaining the appearance and “wall face” area as  presented below. This heigh is more consistent with single‐tenant signs along this corridor.    Thank you for your, and your client’s, review.  Kind regards,  2 Kori      Please Note: Florida has very broad public records laws.
