Kori,
Good afternoon. I am having a great week, thank you. I hope yours is fantastic.
I reached out to my client and he has accepted the reduced height from 15 to 16 feet. Please let me know if you need
me to do anything else at this time.
Thank you,
Jeremy

Good morning Jeremy,
I hope you’re closing out a wonderful week. We’re looking forward to presenting the Kings Highway Self‐Storage
project to the Board at their 7/6 hearing, after a lot of review and preparation by both teams.
As we round the final corner, our staff wanted to present a request related to the proposed monument sign height.
The sign design is compatible with our Arch Standards, however the scale is a bit tall – factoring in the size of the
storage facility which will feature wall signs.
Is there the potential to reduce the proposed height to 15‐16’, while retaining the appearance and “wall face” area as
presented below. This heigh is more consistent with single‐tenant signs along this corridor.

Thank you for your, and your client’s, review.
Kind regards,
Kori
