Good Morning Bethany,
I know the agent had a question regarding the canopy parking and landscaped islands. ERD would consider the striped
spaces under the canopy as ‘parking spaces’, but relief may be provided per 7.09.04.O as long as the otherwise
landscaped areas were to be compensated for elsewhere on site, along with the associated shade trees. I added this
language to our comments. You can amend the DRC report or just pass this information along to the agent.
Thanks,
