The Major Site Plan Application for Self-Storage Kings Highway ሺFile No. MJSP-
11202025892ሻ, date-stamped received November 18, 2020, is available for review on the
FTP site: ftp://ftp.stlucieco.org.
New construction of a three-story self-storage building approximately 103,200 square feet
with 43 RV/boat storage stalls sidewalks, parking, dumpster enclosure, and additional site
improvements.
