Subject: Completeness Review Preliminary Review of Application
Self-Storage Kings Highway (CU-11202025893 & MJSP-11202025892)
Submittal Received: November 18, 2020
Dear Ms. Hampton:
Thank you for submitting a development application to St. Lucie County. The
Development Review Committee (DRC) has reviewed your application package and
found it to be incomplete.
A finding of incompleteness does not mean the DRC has denied your application.
Additional information is required to enable the DRC to review the application for
consistency with the Land Development Code and Comprehensive Plan and
recommend approval or denial of your application. The following items are deficient
for review:
• Traffic Impact Report
• Nonbinding Wetland Jurisdictional Determination
• Boundary and Topographic Survey
Further processing of your application cannot continue until all listed items are addressed.
Additional review is forthcoming upon receipt of the new information or modified plans.
If you have any questions about this timeline, the approval process, or the status of
your application, please contact me at (772) 462-1687 or email
Grubbsb@stlucieco.org. I look forward to working with you through this process.
Sincerely,
Bethany Grubbs
