MOTION TO APPROVE:
AFTER CONSIDERING THE TESTIMONY PRESENTED DURING THE PUBLIC HEARING, INCLUDING
STAFF COMMENTS, AND THE STANDARDS OF REVIEW AS SET FORTH IN SECTION 11.07.03. ST.
LUCIE COUNTY LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE, I HEREBY MOVE THAT THE PLANNING AND ZONING
COMMISSION OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY RECOMMEND THAT THE ST. LUCIE COUNTY BOARD OF
COUNTY COMMISSIONERS APPROVE THE APPLICATION OF WYLIE KLYCE FOR A CONDITIONAL
USE PERMIT TO DEVELOP AND OPERATE A 103,200 SQUARE FOOT, THREE-STORY, CLIMATE-
CONTROLLED SELF-STORAGE FACILITY THAT PROPOSES 725 ENCLOSED UNITS ALONG WITH 43
RV AND BOAT EXTERIOR STORAGE STALLS, WITHIN THE CG (COMMERCIAL GENERAL) ZONING
DISTRICT BECAUSE.....
