Description:
PROPOSED REQUESTED CONDITIONAL USE: Petition of Wylie
Klyce and Rapid Building Solutions, LLC for a Conditional Use Permit
to develop a 103,200 square foot, three-story, self-storage facility. The
project proposes 725 enclosed, air-conditioned, storage units along
with forty-three (43) RV and boat exterior storage stalls, within the CG
(Commercial, General) Zoning District, to be known as the Self-
Storage Kings Highway.
