This petition conforms to the Standards of Review as set forth in
St. Lucie County Land Development Code Section 11.07.03 and
is consistent with the Goals, Objectives, and Policies of the St.
Lucie County Comprehensive.
Staff recommends the Planning and Zoning Commission forward
the Petition to the Board of County Commissioners with a
recommendation of approval, subject to the following
Conditions of Approval:
Any alternative use proposed for the facility will require a
Conditional Use Adjustment.
It shall be prohibited to initiate boat engines onsite between the
hours of 11 p.m. and 7 a.m.
Prior to Major Site Plan approval, the applicant shall provide a
photometric plan that demonstrates compliance with LDC
Section 7.09.04(K).
Prior to issuance of Certificate of Occupancy, all Category I
invasive plant species shall be eradicated from the site.
