for which I have applied to St. Lucie County for a After the Fact Permit to legalize the existing
construction because in the County there are no drawings or documents on the file regarding the
construction.
I, acknowledge that as owner of the above described property I bought the house as is, having made
only cosmetic repairs.
I will be responsible for an adequate maintenance of the property in the future and the community will
not be adversely affected. I further acknowledge that in granting a permit for legalize all improvement
done at the property, The Engineer and Contractor has been not responsible for the works done, they
have been hired by me to check that the construction is under Florida residential code in order to
process before the County of St Lucie Building Department, the permits to legalize the current status of
