Pierce, FL 34982 St Lucie County May 9, 2019 RE: 5337 Loggerhead Place Permit # 1811-0589 To Whom It My Concern, Please accept the following responses to the comments dated 12/6/2018 from your agency. Response shown on plans corresponding (if required) to these comments are noted. *Deck and Steps are encroaching into the min. required front setback of 10' and into the required parking spaces. (2 spaces of each 5' x 18') (St. Lucie County LDC Chapter 7.10.16 Q). Response: SEE REVISED PLAN *4/8/19 discussed with contractor. The plot plan on the Building Plans indicates the proposed deck and steps into the 10' setback. However, the framing plans Indicate the corner of the deck to be cut off to meet the 10' setback. Plot plan on the Building Plans will need to meet the proposed deck. The deck and the steps will need indicated to meet 10' front setback. The steps can't encroach due to the fact that the deck exceeds the 4' x 4'. Please indicated the two parking spaces of each 8' x 18' on the proposed plot plan as well. Response: SEE REVISED PLAN *Please be aware that we were not able to complete the zoning review to missing information, conflicting information or not meeting the zoning requirements. The plans will be put on hold until zoning can finalize the review. Response: SEE REVISED PLAN *Please provide an approval letter from Ocean Resorts HOA.
