Pierce, Florida 34982 RE: Permit number 1501-0027 ATTN: Carl Peterson Dear Carl, We applied for and received'the referenced building permit for a new residence located at 8124 South Ocean Drive in Diamond Sands. The owners, Linda and Gene Newman have run into financing issues and were unable to secure a load to build the reference. They currently live in Watersong and the financing has required them to sell their residence. They have been unable to sell the house to (late, They are currently working on several options to build the residence and they fully intend to build once they get the financing straight. We are requesting an extension of sic months to enable them to secure the financing and start the house. I thank you in advance for your consideration of this request. They are great people and are and have been paying taxes in St. Lucie for many years. I look forward to your help on this matter.
